Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain hygienic and undamaged during transit, including any promotional samples received.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
